FreeMotion equipment accommodates virtually any movement pattern & almost every body type. We live, work and exercise in a 3-dimensional world. We push, squat, pull, rotate, step, lunge, and balance. FreeMotion is relative to real world activities, (golf, tennis, picking up children). Traditional, fixed-isolated equipment (with single plane movements), is not. Traditional equipment is designed to fit the body of an average user, not everyone fits that average body-type. FreeMotion allows user-defined movement patterns based individual needs and goals. This class is for CalSTRS Waterfront Place employees, it is not open to the public
